United States standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing and transit estimates
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 3–6 business days. The usual total time from order to delivery is 5–8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided with the order after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Please check the delivery address in your confirmation and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us. We will review the tracking information and help with the next steps.
